  • Shareholder Program -- Own a Percentage of the Company. This program is tailored for those who have substantial capital to invest in higher-priced residential income deals, commercial properties, and development projects. We recommend these deals to the more experienced, accredited investors who are willing to take on some calculated risk in exchange for higher returns and own up to 49% of the LLC. Although an initial capital investment is necessary, we work diligently and quickly to turn around and add value to these properties by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses so we can maximize Net Operating Income (NOI). The improved NOI will increase the value of the property significantly, sometimes up to hundreds of thousands of dollars, usually within 12-24 months of the purchase date. Often this enables us to refinance and pull out all of the initial investment capital quickly. Even with none of the investors money at risk, the property will still CASH FLOW and the investor has a chance to put that "tax-free" money to work again and make even more money. This is how exponential wealth is made!

    As a shareholder you will become a member of the LLC and can own up to 49% of the LLC, depending on how much capital you invested or how many shares of the LLC you purchased. Equity participation will be limited only to the cash required to do the deal.

    An Example of a Deal:
    A 100-unit apartment complex costs $4,000,000. It requires $1,000,000 in cash to close and has an available ownership base of up to 49%, or $1,960,000 (49% of $4,000,000). If the investor funded the entire $1,000,000, they would have actually purchased $1,960,000 in value. In this hypothetical example, a $1 investment actually buys $1.96 in value . . . almost a 2-to-1 leverage opportunity! Our system allows our investors to invest up to the amount of cash that is required to do the deal, yet acquire ownership of up to 49% of the entire project. Essentially, an investor is able to put up only 25% ($1 million of $4 million) of the required money to purchase the property but would get a 49% ownership and all the cash flow, equity, and appreciation that go along with the 100-unit apartment complex. And because we have a lot of experience working with undervalued properties to increase rents, fix minor repairs, and maximize all the profit centers so that we can refinance and cash out within 12-24 months, our investors benefit from working with Atlas Group Consultants to protect their CASH and Investment.   • Hire us as Your Consultant and/or Partner -- "Deal... or NO Deal?"
    If you are looking to invest in commercial properties or apartment complex (50+ units) or you have a developable parcel of raw land, you can hire Atlass group of professionals to become your investment consultants. Our Dream Team of experienced architects, developers, contractors, inspectors, accountants, attorneys, title companies, commercial lenders, brokers, property managers, and all the professionals necessary to make sure you have a solid plan before you start. This will ensure your project will be On Time and On Budget! As your consultant, we can professionally analyze the deal for you and help you maximize the Net Operating Income of your commercial property or the After-Developed Value of your raw land. We will research and look at the different ways to minimize your expenses so you can determine if the projected return on investment is worth investing the capital to do your due diligence, inspections, architectural, feasibility, environmental studies, phase 1 studies, etc. These fees and inspections could cost you a significant amount of time, money and frustration just to find out that its too cost prohibitive to go forward with the project.

    With our team of experienced professionals as your consultants, you will spend a fraction of the cost to get a complete report so you can decide quickly if the project is a pass or play. Depending on which option you pick, our consulting fees can be paid up front, or we may structure it so that we get a portion of the consulting fee to cover our expenses up front and a percentage of the ownership of the project as the project gets completed.
