We believe that a true turnkey system has to provide everything for a beginning to seasoned investor, in order for it to make sense for you to invest with us.
We dont dilute our impact by trying to work outside our experience zones. We are currently investing in these thriving markets:

We have established long-standing relationships with our network of professionals in each market. We will never direct our investors into any market where we have not done extensive research on and/or have no direct investing experience.
We will continue to expand to other markets but only after we have established our dream team of professionals we trust to live up to the Atlas GCI name. That means they have passed our strict standards and are capable of taking care of everything, so you can simply sign the documents, put up the minimal down payment (if any)... and sit back and enjoy your cash flow!
The Atlas GCI Turnkey System includes these comprehensive services:
- Develop a Personalized Investment Plan
- You will be assigned to one of our experienced Consultants.
- You will complete an Investor Profile Questionnaire.
- Your Consultant will review your Investor Profile Questionnaire and discuss your financial goals with you.
- Your Consultant will work closely with you to develop a personalized investment plan with an appropriate Exit Strategy based on YOUR financial goals. This will include determining areas of interest which include city and types of properties, how long you want to hold your investments and what returns you are expecting on your investment.
- We will refer you to a Loan Consultant on our Dream Team or you can use your own.
- Your Loan Consultant will determine the appropriate loan programs based on your credit scores and financials. Your Loan Consultant will provide you with a Pre-Approval Letter.
- Locate Potential Investment Opportunities
- Your Consultant will email you a list of properties of interest to you on a weekly basis.
- Indentify 2 to 3 properties that you are interested in purchasing.
- Due Diligence
- We research the neighborhood, the rental rates, the demographics, schools, housing demand, jobs, newly built and upcoming construction projects to capitalize on market factors that affects the return on your investment.
- Inspect the properties.
- Write up offers.
- Once an offer is accepted we will order any inspections such as property inspections, appraisals, etc.
- Financing
- Your Atlas GCI Consultant will make sure that the loan program fits your investment plan.
- Your Atlas GCI Consultant will work together with your Loan Consultant to close the transaction.
- Close Transaction
- Atlas GCI will work closely with the Listing and Buying (if applicable) Agent(s), Escrow Officer or Attorney, Loan Consultant and Inspectors to assure a quick, seamless close.
- Execute the Lease-Option Advantage Program or Long-Term Landlord Program
